Do you feel panicky, ashamed, stressed out or overwhelmed when you see your house and/or especially your room so messy and also dirty? Actually, there is no need to feel that way! You just need to clean it up right away! Hehe…

Why? The reason is that a clean room is important for your health. Science proves a clean house and/or a clean room actually makes you happier, improves your mood, it makes you feel good, it alleviates stress, you feel better relax, and you may believe that it can change your life!

So let's do it! First things first: Sit quietly. Take your breath. Come down. Then smile and say, “I can make it easily and quickly”.
But wait a minute, have you smiled? Great!

Now, look at carefully one by one some scattered items surrounding you starting from the closest to you. Yup, take one item. For instance, take a book that lying on the bed near to you. Accordingly you know where the book is always placed. Is it on the bookshelf? Okay. Put the book on the bookshelf as it always does. Do exactly the same thing with other items, one by one. For example, again, there are some trashes on the floor. Yup, subsequently throw them in the trash can, and so on. You might not realise that after a while, it is finally done! Congratulations!
